About this role
Lead a distributed team of data engineers, ML engineers, and data scientists building recommendation engines, personalization systems, and data infrastructure for a global gaming commerce platform. Drive ML systems from feature engineering to production serving, with focus on ad tech, user modeling, and privacy-compliant data platforms.
Must have
5+ years in software or data engineering or applied data science
3+ years managing technical teams in ML, analytics, or ad tech
Deep understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling
Hands-on experience with ML and data platforms
Proven experience deploying end-to-end ML systems to production
Knowledge of ad tech ecosystems and attribution models
Familiarity with audience management and personalization frameworks
Experience with privacy-preserving measurement and consent systems
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field
