Lead the Infrastructure Platform team at Chainlink Labs, building and operating foundational cloud infrastructure that powers engineering velocity across the organization. Define strategy for internal infrastructure platforms enabling fast iteration without compromising reliability or security.
Must have
Experience building and operating internal infrastructure platforms on public cloud environments
Led and managed high-performing teams of software or infrastructure engineers for 3+ years
Demonstrated ownership of Kubernetes at scale including building K8s-based internal platforms
Operated effectively in startup environments navigating ambiguity with lean teams

Responsibilities
Deliver scalable internal infrastructure platform on public cloud environments
Establish and evolve Kubernetes-based platform capabilities for high-availability workloads
Achieve and maintain 99.9% uptime SLOs across infrastructure systems
Enable faster time from idea to production by improving provisioning workflows
Ensure infrastructure meets SOC2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliance requirements
Build secure foundation supporting CI/CD pipelines and minimizing operational risk
