About this role
Mindrift seeks former top-tier strategy consultants to build realistic consulting project environments for training advanced AI systems. You'll translate real-world engagement experience into structured learning tasks and evaluation frameworks for frontier model post-training. Remote, project-based role requiring 3+ years at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent firms.
Must have
3+ years experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&
Hands-on project experience in structured problem-solving and client delivery
Strong structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven thinking
Ability to translate vague problems into clear analytical steps and deliverables
High attention to logical consistency and output quality
Independent self-directed working style
Clear written English at B2+ level

Responsibilities
Build realistic consulting project environments with industry context financials constraints and conflicting inputs
Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents including market sizing due diligence and growth strategy
Define evaluation criteria quality standards and golden-answer solutions for LLM-based grading systems
Convert authentic project experience into end-to-end examples from problem structuring to client recommendations

Up to $60 per hour equivalent depending on level and pace of contribution
