Lead a distributed team of engineers building the Firefox Desktop browser experience across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Drive UI innovations and improvements to one of the world's most used open-source browsers while shaping how people experience the internet.

Must have

4+ years leading engineers in software development across distributed teams

Software engineering background enabling technical decision-making

Experience leading multiple concurrent projects

Previous experience with frontend platform initiatives like design systems

Track record of delivering front-end experiences to user-facing products

Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS

Proven track record shipping sophisticated user-facing experiences on time

Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels

Experience communicating with senior leadership and advocating for engineering priorities

Ability to hire, mentor, and delegate to geographically distributed team members
