Network Support Specialist - Fully Remote | Upto $70/hr
About this role
Contract Network Engineer role focused on data annotation for autonomous systems. Review network data, label behaviors, and structure ML training pipelines. Work 30-40 hours/week remotely with AI research labs.
Must have
Current role as Level 3, Tier 3, or Principal Support Engineer
Experience with end-customer enterprise networks including switches, APs, and firewalls
Proficiency in Wi-Fi and wireless technologies
Skills in packet-level troubleshooting using Wireshark, tcpdump, and SPAN captures
Authorization to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship

Responsibilities
Review real-world data from deployed networks including logs, configs, telemetry, and event streams
Label and classify network behaviors, issues, anomalies, and incident patterns
Define schemas and structure for large-scale data pipelines for downstream ML models
Interface directly with client team to ensure data accuracy and relevance
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance
Recruitment process
