About this role

Lead AI-driven development and cloud architecture at OpsGuru, guiding enterprise clients through technology modernization while managing a team of architects and engineers. Drive spec-driven development adoption and serve as trusted technical advisor across multiple accounts.

Must have

10+ years experience delivering professional services on major cloud providers

Deep expertise in both frontend and backend development

Advanced proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks

Proficiency in at least three distinct programming languages

Experience with Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted workflows

Knowledge of microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native patterns

Ability to quickly acquire proficiency in unknown codebases or new languages

Experience leading technical teams and people management

Strong emotional intelligence and listening skills

Responsibilities

Act as trusted technical advisor across multiple client accounts

Guide and challenge clients to maximize value from technology investments

Provide oversight to project teams ensuring alignment with business goals

Participate in sales process in pre-sales capacity

Scope and support creation of statements of work for clients

Select appropriate technologies and drive AI-assisted workflow adoption

Build new features and modernize customer technology estates

Manage team of approximately 5 architects and engineers as people manager

Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and professional development conversations

Escalate administrative and project-related issues with recommendations
