About this role

Plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery, including asset management, resource allocation, progress tracking, and on-time delivery within budget. Works with regional teams across data centers and warehouses.

Must have

Associate's degree or equivalent plus 2 to 5 years related experience

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

Previous experience with ticketing systems and/or project management system

Understanding of or previous experience in a technology driven environment

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Ability to work both within a team and independently

Ability to multitask and prioritize workload

Flexibility to occasionally adjust work hours for regional colleagues

Responsibilities

Responsible for asset and material management across data centers and warehouses

Gather and maintain project requirement lists

Provide weekly project updates including action item updates

Schedule and coordinate project reviews and follow up on assigned actions

Effectively and accurately communicate status to the project team

Maintain and monitor project plans schedules work hours and expenditures

Assist with identifying project issues and escalating to client manager when needed

Organize attend and participate in stakeholder meetings

Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings

Collaborate with various regional teams for project resources and ticket resolution

Assist with daily monitoring of the ticketing system reassigning tickets where required

Produce regular reports as required

Assist with identifying trends or recurring problems and escalate to management

Assist with locating and defining new process improvement opportunities

Work closely with SDMs and Project Managers to understand analytical needs and deliver insights
