Responsibilities

Work closely with engineers and designers to improve acquisition, activation, retention, monetization, and customer experience

Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to discover growth opportunities

Support and promote experimentation frameworks for confident product launches

Define KPIs and success metrics to keep teams aligned on measurable outcomes

Use statistical analysis, forecasting, causal inference, and machine learning to understand user behavior

Proactively identify high-impact opportunities through deep analysis of user journeys and conversion funnels

Shape team and company priorities with data-driven perspectives on impact and ROI

Create dashboards, models, and self-service tools to improve growth visibility across the organization

Collaborate with the broader data team to maintain a shared and consistent data layer

Foster a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and evidence-based decision making
