Lead ML and AI product development at Valtech, building predictive models, experimentation frameworks, and next-gen AI solutions including computer vision and generative AI. Work cross-functionally to productionize models and drive business impact in a collaborative, global environment.

Must have

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in quantitative discipline

5+ years experience in Data Science or Machine Learning

Deep expertise in ML model development and deployment

Strong Python programming skills for production solutions

Experience with A/B testing and experimental design

Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing

Experience deploying ML systems with engineers

Ability to independently drive projects end-to-end

Excellent communication and business translation skills
