About this role

Senior Fullstack Developer for IAM Engineering team at Fullscript, building authentication, authorization, and identity systems. You'll develop sign-up, login, SSO integrations, and OAuth flows using Ruby on Rails, React, and TypeScript in a remote-first environment.

Must have

5+ years of professional software development experience

Experience with authentication protocols, SSO (SAML, OAuth), RBAC, and MFA

Hands-on experience with modern web development including Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, GraphQL, and Apollo

Passion for IAM and security with understanding of threat landscape

Collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge with teammates

Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and strong engineering practices

Responsibilities

Build and maintain IAM capabilities including authentication, authorization, and identity systems

Contribute to backend and frontend codebases with focus on reliability, scalability, and security

Participate in technical design discussions and break down projects into actionable tasks

Identify and suggest improvements to authentication and authorization flows

Support maintenance and uptime of IAM systems including production issue resolution

Work with product, security, and legal stakeholders to ensure compliance and data integrity

Stay informed on evolving security practices, frameworks, and technologies
