5+ years production experience in large-scale cloud-based infrastructure
5+ years software engineering experience including 2+ years as SRE Developer
Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Experience with Terraform, Chef, Ansible, or similar configuration management tools
Experience managing SaaS database solutions such as MongoDB Atlas or DynamoDB
Experience defining and building CI/CD processes with Jenkins, Circle CI, or Spinnaker
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Linux/Unix Shell scripting
Design and implement solutions that improve developer velocity and infrastructure resiliency
Establish and facilitate adherence to team SLO and SLI targets
Drive service reviews, fire drills, chaos testing, and incident response processes
Develop scripts and tooling for deployment and configuration of service updates
Coordinate and perform major upgrades with zero downtime
Troubleshoot complex technical problems and solve live performance issues
Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems
Maintain security compliance across all systems
Report to Manager, Software Development as part of distributed remote engineering team
Work within Autodesk Construction Solutions Bidding group
Focus on operational excellence and disaster recovery readiness
Collaborate with Software Engineering, Infrastructure, and Platform teams
