About this role

Serve as the technical owner of Twilio's partner ecosystem tech stack, focusing on advanced Impartner PRM configuration and Salesforce CRM integration. Drive platform configurations, automated workflows, and data hygiene that enable global Channel Sales, Alliances, and Partner Marketing teams.

Must have

5+ years of direct experience administering an enterprise Partner Relationship Management tool with deep mastery of Impartner PRM

Current Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder highly desired

Impartner Certified Administrator certification or completion of Impartner technical training programs

Proven track record managing complex API syncs, mapping custom fields between PRMs and Salesforce, and resolving sync log exceptions

Strong experience building advanced operational dashboards, custom reports, and auditing data integrity across integrated systems

Demonstrated success managing project timelines, organizing technical backlogs, and translating GTM business logic into system configurations

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day technical operations of the Impartner PRM platform including access controls, page layouts, content management, and localized portal branding

Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot the critical data sync between Impartner and Salesforce ensuring leads, accounts, and custom deal registration data flow accurately

Develop code-free automated partner lifecycles utilizing Impartner's Journey Builder with milestone alerts, automated tier progressions, and customized onboarding tracks

Architect and maintain partner competency programs, training modules, and certification pathways within the portal

Oversee lead distribution algorithms, deal registration routing, and Market Development Funds application and claim workflows

Audit system logs, data health, and security rules ensuring compliance with corporate data protection standards and platform updates

Conduct technical vetting, build testing protocols in sandbox environments, and execute error-free production deployments for new integrations or module releases
