About this role
Xsolla seeks a hands-on senior mobile engineer with 4+ years of React Native experience across iOS and Android to lead mobile development in a tech lead capacity. You'll drive architecture, CI/CD practices, and mentor teams while building commercial apps for the gaming commerce ecosystem.
Must have
4+ years of experience in mobile development with strong focus on iOS and Android platforms
Proven track record of delivering commercial mobile apps from concept to launch
Experience leading and mentoring development teams
Proficiency in React Native as primary mobile framework
Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns
Experience with third-party integrations and APIs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience

Lead mobile development providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
Define and implement best practices for mobile development, code review, testing, and CI/CD
Drive scalable and maintainable application architecture from scratch
Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical solutions meeting business goals
Ensure seamless integration of mini-apps and virtual currency systems with Xsolla App ecosystem
Work closely with global cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers
Partner with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives
Facilitate effective communication across globally distributed teams
Oversee entire development lifecycle ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality applications
