Senior UX Designer
About this role
Lead UX design for Caseware's cloud-based audit and financial reporting products at the intersection of design craft and AI-assisted making. Shape how AI tools integrate into everyday design practice while mentoring junior designers and driving cross-functional product direction.
Must have
At least 3 years of professional UX experience with portfolio showing leadership through ambiguity
Fluency with AI-assisted tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, and Replit
Experience with human oversight moments in agentic or AI-driven features
Experience planning and leading end-to-end user research programs
Proficiency with Figma and component-based design systems
Strong working knowledge of accessibility standards
Confidence representing design to senior stakeholders and driving cross-team initiatives
Experience mentoring junior or intermediate designers

Participate in design critiques and stay current on UX and AI trends
