About this role
Full-stack developer role supporting Servicing Technology at Rocket Innovation Studio, building client and team member-facing applications for millions of homeowners. Work spans Next.js/React frontend, .NET/C# and NestJS GraphQL backend, deployed on AWS/EKS with AI-assisted development workflows.
Must have
3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
Proven track record of designing and building scalable high-performance web applications
Hands-on experience with Next.js or React and NestJS GraphQL integration layer
Hands-on experience with back-end development in .NET / C# and NestJS GraphQL
Experience deploying applications on AWS and Amazon EKS / Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines
Experience using AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar
Strong communication and collaboration skills with ability to work in team environment
Product mindset with curiosity about user behavior and drive to improve user experience

Own full lifecycle of full-stack features from technical design through deployment and optimization
Build across front end with Next.js or React and back end with .NET / C# and NestJS GraphQL
Collaborate with product managers designers analysts and other developers to shape servicing experience
Contribute to decisions around architecture tooling and best practices
Deploy and operate applications on AWS and Amazon EKS through CI/CD pipelines
Use AI tools and agentic development workflows to increase speed and improve quality
Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers
