About this role

Lead enterprise customer engagements in the public sector as a trusted advisor on Salesforce platform solutions. Drive strategic vision, architect comprehensive solutions, and deliver measurable business value for government clients while maintaining security clearance eligibility.

Must have

5+ years experience in enterprise-level projects using waterfall and agile methodologies

Extensive experience with configuration and customization on the Salesforce platform

Authority level experience defining system architecture landscape and identifying gaps

Experience leading discovery sessions and defining business requirements

Hands-on technical experience with Service Cloud, OmniStudio and Public Sector

Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate rationale to various customers

Experience working with clients within the Public Sector industry

Experience working with Salesforce GovCloud or GovCloud Plus

Ability to obtain and maintain Canadian Government Security Clearance

Must be U.S. citizen without dual citizenship for federal background investigation

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to public sector clients on Salesforce platform solutions

Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice

Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying new technologies for business value

Work collaboratively across client organizations with strong communication skills

Identify and proactively lead risk areas through complete resolution

Handle customer expectations and negotiate solutions with third-party partners

Review and correct project direction to keep programs on track

Drive program vision and articulate strategies to enable Salesforce technologies
