About this role
Lead high-visibility design initiatives for Dropbox's AI-focused Bridge team. Drive strategic design from concept to delivery while shaping team culture and mentoring across strategy, interaction, visual design, and prototyping.
Must have
10-15+ years in a senior Individual Contributor role with track record of leading complex design initiatives
Portfolio showcasing significant contributions to shipping customer experiences with measurable business impact
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and leadership
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability
Familiarity leveraging generative AI for exploration and prototyping
