About this role

Lead Affirm's shared mobile app infrastructure team, building the platform that powers all mobile feature development. Set technical strategy for design systems, networking, observability, CI/CD, and developer tooling across React Native and native mobile stacks.

Must have

7+ years developing and architecting mobile applications

4+ years using React Native

Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript

Hands-on experience with React Native and Expo

Experience authoring or migrating native modules and components

Experience with complex state management in React apps

Experience with React Native SDK major updates and New Architecture debugging

Experience with mobile testing and observability tooling

Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools

Proven track record driving large project execution

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
