About this role
Design, build, and manage data integrations that enable Salesforce's Agentforce AI agents to take autonomous actions across enterprise systems. Architect RAG systems, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration while connecting disparate business applications.
Must have
5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or integrations
High proficiency with Python, Java, or JavaScript
Expertise in AI data integration including RAG, vector databases, and search indexes
Deep understanding of structured and unstructured data management in Salesforce ecosystem
Comprehensive knowledge of LLM landscape and enterprise AI deployment
Experience with JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques
Expertise in API design and development with REST, SOAP, and webhooks
Familiarity with message queues, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems
Understanding of how AI agents operate and multi-agent systems concepts
Hands-on experience with enterprise integration platform such as MuleSoft or Boomi
Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex multi-system issues
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration
Ability to travel 30% to customer sites

Manage real-time data flow and transformation to and from AI agents
Architect AI grounding systems with RAG, vector databases, and knowledge bases
Orchestrate multi-agent systems and define communication protocols including MCP
Design scalable and secure data integration patterns connecting Agentforce to enterprise applications
Evaluate and optimize foundational and frontier LLMs for enterprise AI deployments
Ensure secure integration, transformation, and governance of data within Salesforce ecosystem
Build resilient workflows using message queues and event-driven architecture
Implement secure authentication and authorization protocols for agent actions
Develop and maintain custom APIs for seamless data exchange between systems
Translate business processes into automated agent-driven workflows
Monitor integration health and optimize workflows for speed and reliability

Ontario base range: CAD 154,700 to CAD 204,700 annually
