About this role
Design and deliver practical learning programs, enablement resources, and adoption support to help employees use approved AI tools effectively. Partner with HR, Technology, Legal, and business stakeholders to build role-based learning pathways, workshops, and quality frameworks for tools like Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
Must have
7-10 years experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Enablement, or related field
Experience creating and delivering learning programs, workshops, and enablement resources
Demonstrated ability to support enterprise technology adoption initiatives
Strong facilitation, instructional design, and program coordination skills
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity
Strong working knowledge of prompt writing and responsible AI practices
Ability to teach employees how to use AI tools for common business tasks
Strong project management discipline and stakeholder coordination skills
Bachelor's degree required

Facilitate learning sessions and peer-learning discussions for managers and employees
Support AI champions and function-specific adoption efforts
Track learning participation, feedback, and adoption indicators
