Ensure teams on both sides of dependencies are actually talking to each other
Chase down answers, escalate when needed, and keep work moving forward
Follow technical discussions to grasp tradeoffs and understand ripple effects
Reason about sequencing implications of technical decisions for parallel vs serial work
Document dependency graphs, specs, decisions, and timelines accessibly
Not a status-reporting role; focus is on building real dependency graphs behind projects
No single owning team for initiatives; progress depends on cross-group sequencing
Serves as connective tissue where no single team sees the whole picture
