Shape modern governance operations for complex organizations at Athennian, a fast-moving legal tech startup. You'll work with engineering, design, and customers to identify problems and build AI-forward solutions for entity management and corporate governance.

Must have

5+ years product management experience building B2B SaaS products

Track record of owning product areas from discovery through launch and iteration

Strong product judgment and ability to make thoughtful trade-offs in fast-moving environments

Experience working closely with engineering and design to deliver high-quality products

Comfortable leading customer discovery and translating insights into product decisions

Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about emerging technologies

Clear communication and ability to align teams around product direction and outcomes

Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment

Responsibilities

Talk to customers often and develop deep understanding of legal, finance, and governance team workflows

Set product direction and roadmap priorities balancing customer needs, company goals, and technical feasibility

Partner closely with Engineering and Design to turn complex problems into thoughtful product solutions

Make clear product decisions using customer insight, market context, and commercial inputs

Work with Sales, Support, and Implementation to ensure successful product launches

Define product requirements and user stories that help engineering teams build efficiently

Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and governance operations evolution

Use AI tools in day-to-day product work to prototype ideas and accelerate discovery

Identify opportunities where emerging technologies including AI can improve customer workflows
