Senior Consultant - Healthcare Experience Management
About this role
Partner with healthcare organizations to improve patient, member, and provider experience through data-driven consulting. Lead analytics, training, and strategic engagements for health plans and medical groups with up to 50% national travel.
Must have
Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred in business, health policy, finance, or clinical field
5+ years of healthcare experience management work experience
Medical practice experience with CGCAHPS and inpatient/hospital experience with HCAHPS
Strong data analytic skills in Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, or similar tools
Advanced skills in MS Office Products including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience training and coaching member/patient-facing teams
Demonstrated experience driving performance improvement initiatives
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to multiple priorities

Responsibilities
Utilize Press Ganey and client data assets to consult with stakeholders on industry changes and improvement opportunities
Partner with health plans and medical groups to complete data analysis, interpretation, and process design
Construct and lead data analysis for payer analytics including authorization metrics, denial rates, and behavior assessments
Train client teams on patient experience best practices and process improvement with effective knowledge transfer
Coordinate actions and delegate work by leveraging appropriate internal and client resources efficiently
Manage and deliver engagement scope including timelines, deliverables, budget, and outcomes
Lead preparation of client deliverables including data analyses, assessments, quality reviews, training, and presentations
Build and manage successful client relationships generating positive feedback on quality, value, and results
Serve as direct client contact and establish credibility by proactively building strategic working relationships
Communicate effectively and influence various audiences and levels of client management
Plan, organize, and prioritize project activities using work plans and project management tools
