Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
Advanced knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution industry

Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Strong communication interpersonal and leadership skills
Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to consistently meet deadlines and multitask
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook Word Excel Access and PowerPoint
RN or RPN license is an asset
Bilingualism in French and English is an asset
Project management experience is an asset
Maintenance of territory caseworker assignment
Ongoing maintenance of assigned projects
Monitoring protocol adherence and documentation in case files
Ensuring database use and accuracy of information collected
Monitoring phone calls for accuracy of content and telephone etiquette
Participation in client consultations and working sessions
Identification of training needs and lead refresher training as required
Participate in hiring and training process of new staff with manager
Identification of needs for modification of program database protocols and processes
Daily and ongoing client project communications
Assistance and backup to the manager
Client reporting
Report all Adverse Events to assigned units and departments

May have daily contacts with unilingual English-speaking customers patients or peers
MS experience preferred
