About this role

Lead global post-sale implementation and program management for enterprise accounts at Sayari, an AI-powered economic security and commercial risk platform. Own the full delivery lifecycle from kickoff through Customer Success handoff, managing complex programs, third-party partnerships, and senior stakeholder relationships.

Must have

7+ years managing complex enterprise technology implementations and delivery programs

Hands-on experience with TPRM workflows and enterprise technology products

Demonstrated use of generative AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization

Fluency in Agile methodology with working knowledge of Waterfall and hybrid approaches

Experience producing BRDs and SOWs and managing scope and budget across engagements

Exceptional stakeholder communication skills with ability to manage political friction

Willingness to travel up to 30% throughout the year

Responsibilities

Lead global enterprise customer deployment projects end to end from kickoff through CS handoff

Own and maintain program plans BRDs SOWs risk registers and resource plans for each engagement

Manage third-party partner relationships for custom implementation builds and integrations

Partner with Sales CS R&D and Solutions Engineers to align on customer objectives and resolve blockers

Produce client-facing and internal collateral including training documentation and status reports

Identify escalate and mitigate implementation risks including scope misalignments and political friction

Streamline complex accounts by documenting best practices and contributing to team playbooks

Travel up to 30% for on-site customer engagements workshops and implementation milestones
