Lead Phreesia's payment collection and processing product portfolio, shaping strategy and execution for healthcare payment solutions. You'll manage a team of Product Managers, drive go-to-market strategies, and modernize how millions of patients pay for care in a remote role serving EST/CST time zones.
Bachelor's degree required
8+ years of product management experience
Experience in healthcare preferred
High-growth B2B SaaS environment experience
Agile development methodology experience
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Experience developing payment processing applications
Experience leading platform-as-a-service products
Experience building and prioritizing APIs
Payments industry experience including online ecommerce card present POS and recurring payments
Lead a product team for payment applications including point of service collections card on file statements and payment plans
Be a product champion within the company and for clients
Work with executive team to set vision and strategy for payment product suite
Drive product go-to-market strategies with marketing and client solutions
Build business cases for new products and features with engineering marketing sales and operations
Analyze competition and determine features and positioning for best in class products
Track product and business metrics to drive outcomes
Hire mentor and develop a team of Product Managers
Remote role in EST or CST time zones with occasional domestic and US travel
Collaborate with distributed engineering product and cross-functional teams
