Senior HR Service Delivery Functional Product Owner at Danaher, responsible for defining business priorities and shaping ServiceNow HRSD solutions to improve employee experience and service efficiency. Partner with HR operations and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-impact HR service delivery capabilities.
Must have
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field
Minimum 7 years hands-on experience leading ServiceNow HRSD
Experience with ServiceNow HRSD case management, knowledge, and employee service center
Proven ability to translate business needs into structured requirements
Experience operating in a backlog-driven delivery model
