Product Manager, Developer Experience (SDK)
About this role
Lead product strategy for Ping Identity's Orchestration SDK across web and mobile platforms. Champion developer experience by simplifying IAM complexities into intuitive tools, while pioneering AI-agent-first engineering for identity integration workflows.
Must have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Hands-on experience building software with ability to communicate with developers
Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and FIDO/WebAuthn protocols
Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Codex
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and external audiences
Experience defining and executing product roadmaps in agile environments

Responsibilities
Own product strategy and roadmap for Orchestration SDK across Web, iOS, Android, and Hybrid frameworks
Partner with documentation and developer relations teams on world-class guides and sample apps
Work cross-functionally with Engineering and PM teams to align SDK with platform releases
Engage with customers, partner engineers, and open-source community to gather requirements
Write technical blog posts and participate in developer forums to evangelize SDK capabilities
Manage product lifecycle from concept to release with clear success metrics
Monitor evolving app development trends and identity standards to keep SDK cutting-edge
Optimize products for both human developers and AI agents with agent-first engineering mindset
Contribute to wider developer experience improvements across Ping
