About this role
Drive product initiatives for SiteDocs, a digital safety management SaaS platform serving construction and engineering industries. Own discovery through delivery while partnering with cross-functional teams to modernize workplace health and safety workflows.
Must have
1+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or related role
Experience contributing to delivery of successful software products, ideally in SaaS
Working knowledge of Agile product development practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; technical background is a plus

Responsibilities
Own discovery, definition, execution, and delivery of product initiatives within defined product area
Drive customer discovery and translate insights into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
Monitor competitive offerings and industry trends to inform roadmap planning
Collaborate with UX, engineering, marketing, sales, and other product managers throughout product lifecycle
Write clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination with engineering teams
Measure product performance using defined success metrics and analyze usage data for continuous improvement
