Senior Manager, Technical Program Management
About this role
Lead Autodesk's global TPM organization for AEC Construction, managing senior TPMs across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Drive AI-enabled delivery practices, portfolio governance, and strategic execution across product, platform, and enterprise transformation programs.
Must have
Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
At least 15 years in technical program management within software or construction sectors
5+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with proven conflict resolution ability

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a globally distributed TPM organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC
Guide TPM organization through adoption of generative AI and AI-enabled software delivery practices
Own TPM portfolio governance across AEC Construction including intake, prioritization, and capacity management
Oversee TPM engagement across product delivery, enterprise transformation, and platform/infrastructure initiatives
Partner with senior Engineering, Product, platform, Trust, and enterprise stakeholders to align priorities
Define and track metrics that demonstrate TPM impact and evolve TPM practices toward strategic execution
